1. Shortcuts may not be edited - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Can confirm. Happening here too...some of my shortcuts are now blank because I cleared them hoping to be able to fix. Now I have to do a ton of stuff by manually clicking. Almost lost a ship when it happened. Using Ctrl Key. Win 8.1
